Foundations & Structure :

Framed Structure (RCC - Columns, Plinth / Tie Beams, Sunshade & Roof Slabs) Mild steel Floor to floor height of 10 feet.

Wall :

9” thick load bearing brick work all external walls and 4.1/2” thick brick work for all inside partition walls.

Basement :

3 Feet height from existing ground level filled with pit sand well consolidated and PCC with 40mm jelly to receive flooring, RCC plinth beam at floor level along the load bearing walls will be provided.

Plastering :

Ceiling plastering 12mm thick in cement & sand 1:3 and wall plastering using cement & sand 1:4 for all inside and 1:5 for outside walls

Joineries :

Main door will be of Teak Wood, other rooms flush doors, Toilet Doors will be of PVC, Windows will be of UPVC.

Grills :

All windows will be fitted with MS Grills

Lofts:

In shorter span one side in Bedrooms and two side in kitchen

Kitchen:

Platform finished with Granite slab and the wall above platform dadoes with glaze tiles up to a height of 4 feet and SS sink with necessary Tap Connections.

All sanitary ware will be in white colour IWC. One wash basin will be provided.

Bath Tilling:

All Toilet wall will be in plain colour glazed tiles up to a height of 7 feet and flooring also will be a plain ceramic tiles. Tiles Cost @ Rs.30 per Sq.Ft. ?R.C.C Sump and OHT - Rs.22 per litres.
