Earth work:

Basement 6 feet height from the Ground level, Sand filling, Roof Level from basement level 10 feet.

Structure:

R.C.C framed structure though column as per the architect structural drawing, Concrete Column work, plinth beam, Brick Work, Through Lintel beams, Sunshade slabs, Plastering. All the outer walls will be 9" brickwork partition wall with 4-1/2" thickness.

Flooring:

Double charge Joint Free Tiles 2'0" X 4'0".

Doors:

•Main Door: with Teak wood frame and teak wood door.

• Bedroom Door's: with Teak wood frame and digital wood door.

• Window's: UPVC sliding windows with glass and grill will be fixed.

Bed Room:

One RCC loft without shutters.

Kitchen:

Two loft without shutters, light point, One exhaust Point, grinder, Mixie, Fridge Point, Granite Platform, Hand maid Stainless steel sink and kitchen wall tiles 4'0" feet in wall.

Bathroom:

Full height wall with Digital Glazed Tiles, One Geyser point, One shower point and one washing machine point, one wall mould Closet and one Indian Closet.

Painting:

Birla wall patty with Tractor emulsion paint for inner walls and exterior emulsion paint for outer walls.

Fan points, Light points, Plug points, T.V Point, A/C Provision in all bedrooms and living areas, Individual 3-phase connection, Orbit Switches, Orbit ISI cables with necessary switches & plugs, Geyser point provided. White colour sanitary parry ware for one toilet, taps & showers Parry ISI brand fittings, CPVC & PVC pipes will be used for hot & cold water, washbasin all be provided.
